About the Client

The client is a reputed degree college in Uttar Pradesh. They run Undergraduate (UG) & Post Graduate(PG) courses.

Problems –

They had a lot of manual processes like admission, taking fees, choosing optional subjects, and communication between college and students.

Solution

To help them choose the right solution, our Founder, Ankit, gave them 1:1 consultancy sessions.

Thereon, our team at TechEnhance, built an ERP(Student Management System) to handle their physical processes.
These processes include the online admission process, fee management and payroll, exam management that mainly involves submission of exam forms and intimation of schedule, and generating customized reports, among other processes.
We also integrated SMS module in ERP. This allowed the college administration to send updates to the students through SMS.

Use Case Outcome

• Students can submit their admission forms completely online. They can also check the status of their applications through the ad hoc student ID generated afterwards.
• College can send SMS to all students after selecting Course and Year in Admin panel.
• College can set fee per course. Also college can print three copies (Student copy, Bank copy, College copy) of Fee Challan and give it to students.
• College can manage payroll of their staff.
• College has now 12-15 reports in different areas which gives them good insights about the college.
